The eivolve incubation process involves strong mentoring support to all the supported startups.
During the proof of concept stage as well as during the incubation stage, each supported startup will receive one-on-one mentorship from a successful social entrepreneur. S/he can
- guide them through all the ups and downs of the journey
- recommend people they speak to
- help them think through the various challenges they face and
- be there for them
Each mentor has committed to spending at least 4-6 hours a month with the startup on mail/calls and meetings.
In addition, we have domain experts in volunteering, tech, finance, communications and fundraising who will provide specific technical help in their respective domains. Plus the entire IWT team will support the startups through their journeys, with introductions into the volunteering ecosystem.
